While the advisors will make every effort to notify students using program listservs, if there is a change to their office hours it is always a good idea you to call our office to confirm walk-in times and availability before traveling to campus.
During office hours, students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive early (especially during peak times) to ensure that your advisor will be able to meet with you.
