Food service at American University is provided by Bon Appetit, a company committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction through excellent food and service.

Bon Appetit is a restaurant company offering full food service management by providing café and catering service to corporations, universities, and specialty venues. Bon Appetit provides a variety of dining and food options on campus. This includes the main dining facility, the Terrace Dining Room (known as TDR), the Marketplace (featuring Einstein's Bagels), the Tavern (featuring Salsa), the Eagles Nest (featuring Subway), and the University Club.

Last Day to Use Dining Dollars is Tuesday, May 8th!

As the 2011-2012 academic year comes to a close, we would like to communicate some important information regarding Dining Dollars (one of two stored value accounts available to students, staff and faculty for use at on-campus dining locations).  Unlike EagleBucks, all Dining Dollar balances expire at the conclusion of the academic year. The last day to use remaining Dining Dollars from this academic year will be May 8th, 2012.  After this date, any unused funds will be removed from individual accounts and all balances will be reset to $0.00.
