Mark Clark

Department of Management
- Dr. Clark has expertise in high performing teams, leadership, diversity, and strategic human capital. He is an active researcher, holds an endowed Kogod professorship, and his work has been presented at numerous national and international conferences and workshops. He has published in top academic outlets, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Group Dynamics. Before earning his Ph.D., Professor Clark gained a variety of experiences in public and private sector management, as a program director, trainer, treatment specialist, board member, and consultant. His clients have included some of the largest – and some of the smallest – companies in the world. Professor Clark holds numerous training certifications such as Thunderbird FBIB, MBTI, TQM, and Challenge by Choice (ASE). At Kogod, his courses include “Leading People & Organizations,” “Leading High Performance Teams,” "Management of Organizations and Human Capital," and “Strategic Human Capital Management."
