Requirements to Complete this HEALTH Challenge
- Do things that improve your self-image and make you
feel good about yourself, and write them down. - Read “Build Healthy Self-Esteem”
- To complete the Challenge, do things to build your
self?esteem on at least 22 days this month.
- Keep a record of your completed Challenge. Turn the calendar in to us at the end of May for cool AhealthyU prizes.
