Radioactive Materials
The Risk Management & Environmental Health and Safety Office should be notified prior to bringing exempt quantity radioactive materials or equipment with Nuclear Regulatory Commission general licensing requirements onto campus. Any radioactive materials or equipment requiring Nuclear Regulatory Commission specific licensing are not permitted on campus.
Select Agents and Biologically Active Materials
Before regulated biologically active materials or select agents can be brought onto campus, they may need university pre-approval or may need to be reported to an appropriate regulatory agency.
