Tower Access Form

Contractors: Use this form to request access to the towers on the American University campus. Items marked in bold are required.

Select primary areas of work. If working in more than one area, please note additional areas in the "Description of Work" section below. If requesting Media Production Center - Tower or Media Production Center Gated Area: on Mondays and Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. only work with a low noise level is allowed due to live broadcasts being taped at the Media Production Center.

Company ID will be required to gain access.

Low - Laptop/Data Collection    
Medium - hand-tool (no drilling/hammering)    
High - powertools    

Complete the section below only if you require a parking pass.
Each vehicle listed must be issued a AU permit to be able to park on campus.
