Avoid getting hung up on margins, fonts, spacing issues, and other formatting nightmares. Simply select your style and follow the prompts to enter information into appropriate sections, which you can customize. View samples and suggestions to tailor your resume according to your career objective or intended field.
When your resume is complete, generate the document in a variety of formats, including Word compatible, PDF, and plain text, and download it to your computer. From there, consider uploading your resume to AU CareerWeb in order to quickly and easily apply for jobs or internships. To update or modify your resume, simply log into your OptimalResume account, save your changes, or create a new version if necessary.
Letter Builder
An effective resume must be accompanied by a compelling cover letter, which you can easily create using Letter Builder. Similar to Resume Builder, you may view samples and paragraph-by-paragraph advice to create a document that captures an employer’s attention.
