There are electric chairs in Bender library. Sit in one, and you'll get a surprise! On your right side there is a depressible button that, upon being pushed, slides out to reveal two 3-pronged outlets and two ethernet jacks! The electric chair plugs into a wall to get its power, though it can be unplugged for transportation. Look for one on the bottom floor.
